Municipally treated water supplies with elevated fluoride levels have been shown to potentially contribute to adverse health effects. Our dual-stage FRM Fluoride Removal system is engineered to remove up to 95% of fluoride contaminants.
It is a dual stage water filter with FRM and Gen4 Advanced filtration. It provides up to 95% fluoride removal IN ADDITION to Woder’s G4 (Second stage) Advanced removal.
Concerned about Fluoride?
Enjoy fluoride-free water with the Woder Fluoride Removal Filter. Eliminate 95% of fluoride present in municipally treated water while also eliminating lead (99.9%), heavy metals, PFAS, chlorine (99.9%), chromium 6, mercury, volatile organic compounds, carcinogens, contaminants, as well as turbidity, odors, and bad tastes. Enjoy natural, healthy, spring-fresh water from the tap. (claims tested by CLB Labs and are not certified by WQA).

Selective Filtration™
Our proprietary Selective Filtration™ technology removes 99.9% of contaminants while leaving in all essential minerals. Reverse Osmosis (RO) filters also remove 99.9% of contaminants, however, they also remove ALL the minerals found in tap water, including minerals your body needs. Worse, RO systems can waste thousands of gallons of water annually while flushing out contaminants down the drain.
Dual-Stage Fluoride Removal Inline Water Filter (WD-D-FRM-G4-JG)
The WD-D-FRM-G4-JG is the inline sibling to our under-sink fluoride removal system, built as a dual stage fluoride water filter for a quarter-inch quick-connect line rather than a faucet valve. It combines dedicated fluoride-reduction media with standard Gen4 Advanced filtration, so you’re getting reduced fluoride alongside the usual lead and chlorine reduction, all from one cartridge stack on a refrigerator, ice-maker, or dedicated line. As a fluoride removal water filter, it’s built for the same use cases as our other JG-fitting products, just with fluoride specifically addressed.
How the Two Stages Work Together
The two stages work together rather than independently: the fluoride-removal media handles that specific reduction while the Gen4 Advanced stage covers broader contaminant filtration. That’s what makes this a genuine dual stage water filtration system rather than just a fluoride filter with extras tacked on; both stages are doing real work on every gallon that passes through.
This model connects with John Guest push-to-connect fittings on standard quarter-inch tubing, which fits the same refrigerator, ice-maker, and RV lines as the rest of our inline family. As a set of dual stage filters go, install is no more complicated than our single-stage products, since both cartridges are housed together in the same push-to-connect setup. That makes it a genuinely usable fluoride removal water filtration system for anyone already comfortable installing our inline products.
Installation and Fluoride Reduction
On fluoride reduction specifically, this system works the same way as our under-sink dual-stage model: dedicated media pulling fluoride out without the mineral stripping or water waste that comes with reverse osmosis. If avoiding RO’s tradeoffs matters to you but you need an inline connection rather than a faucet setup, this is the model built for that combination. This filter is designed and packaged in the USA.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much fluoride does this two-stage filter remove?
The dedicated fluoride-reduction media is built to reduce fluoride significantly under typical conditions, working alongside the Gen4 Advanced stage for broader contaminant reduction.
Can this be used with a refrigerator or ice maker?
Yes, it uses John Guest push-to-connect fittings on standard quarter-inch tubing, the same connection type used by most refrigerator and ice-maker lines, along with RV water systems.
Do I need reverse osmosis to remove fluoride?
No, this dual-stage cartridge reduces fluoride through dedicated media rather than an RO membrane, avoiding the wasted water and mineral loss that come with reverse osmosis.
Does this filter also remove chlorine and other contaminants?
Yes, the Gen4 Advanced stage reduces chlorine, lead, and other common contaminants in addition to the dedicated fluoride-removal media in the first stage.
